Uzbek Arbitration Week 2025

Barnes Law is pleased to announce that our Managing Partner, Yulia Barnes, will be speaking at the 5th edition of Uzbek Arbitration Week (UzAW), which will take place in Tashkent in September2025.

On 24 September 2025, Yulia will join the programme for English Law Day, co-organised by the British-Uzbek Law Association (BrULA) and the British Embassy. This event will highlight the significance of English law in international arbitration and cross-border commerce. Yulia’s contribution will form part of a series of discussions with leading practitioners from around the world.

Since its launch, Uzbek Arbitration Week has grown into a leading international forum on dispute resolution. The 2025 edition comes at a pivotal time, following Uzbekistan’s adoption of the UNCITRAL Model Law on International Commercial Arbitration and the expansion of TIAC’s international caseload. The event will provide a unique platform for dialogue between practitioners, investors, and policymakers.
